FTC is seeking welcoming and courteous teammates to serve our community with genuine care and respect. Thank you for your consideration! FTC offers coffee service education onsite and through our local roaster, Deeper Roots as well as Food Safety training and a ServSafe Alcohol course onsite.

Some responsibilities are age specific per health department regulations and company standards.  
Teammate responsibilities include:
14+ Lobby Care, Team Support, Cash Register, Blender Bar, Sandwich Station
14+ Coffee:  Espresso Bar, Smoothie Station, Cash Register
18+ Kitchen: Donut Making, Lunch, Prep Cook, Appetizer Service
18+ Bar Support and Service (Wine & Beer)
20+ Barkeep:  Mixology Cocktail Service
